Dr Shalini Goyal and Dr Prashant Goyal started Radiance, Hair and Skin Hospital, Jodhpur some 18 years back when skin laser treatment was largely unavailable in the city.
Pioneers in the field always leave indelible mark on the scene but when they also have consistent presence then the footprints created by them change the entire face of the industry. The pair of Dr Prashant and Dr Shalini Goyal are one such duo who changed the skin treatment and care scenario in the suncity.
Dr Prashant Goyal
Dr Prashant Goyal is MBBS, MD in dermatology & cosmetology from Dr S N Medical College is a man of principle and ethics. He believes in uncompromising attitude towards the wellbeing of his patients and therefore, has set high standards not only in his professional life but also personal life. Dr Prashant did his International Masters Course in Aging skin from Singapore then underwent advanced training in Lasers, cosmetic surgey & Hair transplant from Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore. He has to his credit thousands of successful Laser & cosmetic surgery procedures.
He is a dermatologist, Trichologist and Cosmetic Laser Surgeon, works as the Director of Radiance Hair and Skin Hospital located in Jodhpur. He gives credit of his achievements to his parents and support received from his better half Dr Shalini Goyal.
Dr Goyal is an example of how tireless effort, honesty, hard work help people cover arduous path of success.
His journey till now has been dotted with achievements such as receiving National Award for best paper at ASCICON 2002 held at PGI Chandigarh, being visiting faculty at the IMCAS, SINGAPORE in 2008, he is also a recipient of the Dr Sakhiya scholarship 2010 for his paper presentation at World Congress of Dermatology at SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, he has been the editor of the Cosmetic Dermatology Society of India’s News journal, he is on the editorial board of the IADVL Online Atlas of dermatology and is also the convener of the Rajasthan state for Association of cutaneous surgeons of India,
He also holds prestigious memberships of IADVL national Special Interest Group on Pigmentary disorders & Trichology and is the Charter Secretary of the Rotary club of Jodhpur Bluecity.
He brought First laser for cosmetic dermatology to the city of Jodhpur around 16 years back and now boasts of the largest collection of Lasers & healing lights in his state of the art Laser centre. His research in causes of hairfall and treatment of various types of baldness has earned him fame all over India. His original research on hair stem cells reactivation therapy has benefitted hundreds of patients, both males & females. Dr Goyal specialises in various anti-aging treatments.
Due to his active involvement in innovations in the field and strong academic base he is regularly being called to various state and national conferences to chair sessions and judge paper presentations by post graduate students. He is also a state trainer for cosmetic dermatology society of India to teach post graduate doctors of dermatology.
Dr Prashant Goyal has always been an all round personality active in sports. He has represented his college in badminton and won in quiz competitions. He loves to write in leisure times and has keen interest in photography, music and travel.

Dr Shalini Goyal is a distinguished & respectable name in the field of cosmetology and Aesthetic medicine in Jodhpur. She is running her laser center for almost two decades now. She has an esteemed clientele to her credit inclusive of the members of royal families of the erstwhile Rajputana region, bureaucrats, models and other celebrities. Her pleasing personality and command over her subject builds an instant rapport with the people she meets.

She was born in a small town of Haryana where girl education was not encouraged at all. But her parents shifted to Jaipur when she was three and they always encouraged her to study. She has been a topper since class first and a merit rank holder in board exams as well.
She always wanted to serve humanity so she chose medical profession after school. She worked hard to achieve a seat in the prestigious SMS Medical College, Jaipur where she completed her medical education with flying colors.
After marriage to Dr Prashant Goyal she shifted to Jodhpur. Both had similar dream to start a skin care clinic in the city but faced challenge In the beginning to buy costly machines and convince people to go for the hitherto unknown procedures. But their expertise, charm and visionary zeal to help people improved their self-esteem. This led Radiance Hair and Skin Hospital among the top few centers of Rajasthan.
Pratyush Goyal, their elder son is a child prodigy who has excelled in both studies and co-curricular activities since early childhood. He has won umpteen number of medals in various science and Maths Olympiads at school.
He got admitted to the prestigious Dr S N Medical College in the very first attempt of NEET exam even during the disturbing Covid pandemic in 2020. He is a wonderful piano player who has beautifully mastered many ragas. He is a versatile photographer as well and has recently won an award for filming a short film at his medical college.
Divishi is youngest and is loved most by all as she is the only daughter in the wider Goyal family. She is an art lover and a melodious singer. She has performed on stage in state and national conferences. She has a gold medal to her credit in the school drawing competition. She has also won bronze medal in inter-state karate championship held at Udaipur.
